Eyes

Naomi was in the tub and I was washing her hair. Of course she hates for soap to get in her eyes and cries if it happens. Today while I was shampooing she said "Mom, don't let the soap in my eyes or they will go to heaven." I think she meant that if soap got in them her eyes would hurt & "die" and go to heaven. She's said a few things this week like that, dying and seeing Jesus. Must have learned about it at church Sunday?

Nomi's Birthday

Nomi had a birthday not too long ago. 3 years old. Grandma had free passes so we took her, sister, & cousins to the Dino Museum at T-Point.

Strawberry cupcakes and a tea party to follow.

Blowing out the candles on the ugly red velvet cake I made from scratch that took me hours and hours and was so NOT worth the work! Very disappointing (the cream cheese frosting was good though, despite the way it looks).
